- Developed an operational Power BI dashboard for a logistics process, integrating multiple data sources and tracking volume, cycle time and variable cost indicators.
- Implemented integrations between WhatsApp, CRM, PostgreSQL, Google Sheets and automation workflows to centralize operational information.
